Bookmaker Settings

Manage all bookmakers. Toggle "Enabled" to control which bookmakers the scraper calls for odds. "Provider Status" shows if bookmakers are active in Odds-API. Use "Sync Bookmakers" to add new bookmakers and update provider statuses.
