10 bookmaker brands you may have heard of all share one Maltese operator
Stake, Sportsbet.io, 12bet, Fun88, BK8, SportPesa and four more are all licensed from one corporate vehicle: TGP Europe. Different brand names, same operator. Worth knowing before you sign up across "different" sportsbooks.

Why this is not a review site
Atlas does not take affiliate kickbacks on placements. The order is determined by deterministic scores against public evidence, not by who pays the highest commission this quarter.

Frequently asked questions
What does "trust score" actually mean for me as a player?
The trust score is a 0 to 100 number that answers four practical questions: Is this brand licensed by a regulator with active enforcement? Is the owner disclosed in public registers? Has it survived security audits without flags? Do real player-review aggregators rate it fairly? A score above 70 means most of those four are yes. Below 50 means at least two are no.
How is this different from a typical "best bookmakers" page?
Typical affiliate review sites rank the 10 to 20 household names that pay the highest commission this quarter. Atlas ranks every brand we can find by data, regardless of whether anyone pays us. We publish the score even when it is unflattering and even when there is no affiliate program at all.
How does the Atlas trust score work in detail?
Every bookmaker is scored 0 to 100 across 6 weighted components: licensing (30%), corporate transparency (20%), public reviews (15%), operational signals (15%), security (10%), and threat intelligence (10%). Each component scores independently from public data sources. Read the methodology page for the per-component breakdown.
How often is the data refreshed?
Atlas pulls from over 50 public data sources per bookmaker (regulator registers, security scans, review aggregators, enforcement bulletins). Last full sync: 2026-04-18.
Why does Atlas cover so many bookmakers?
Atlas covers 1,806 brands, not just the 12 household names paying for placement on affiliate review sites. The long tail (regional brands, Caribbean-licensed shops with one complaint and seven payout disputes, operator clones with shared platforms) is where the trust signal matters most for a player making a real money decision.
Why should I trust your audit over a regulator official list?
A regulator list tells you whether a brand has a licence in that jurisdiction. It does not tell you whether the brand pays out on time, limits winning accounts, or has been fined recently. Atlas combines the regulator list with payout-dispute records, security audits, and recent enforcement to give you the score, with the underlying evidence cited line by line.
